Foremost, we are committed to the safety and wellbeing of our teams, customers, suppliers, and partners around the world. In each region, we are following public health guidelines and implementing measures to keep people safe and healthy.
A number of our customers and partners are directly engaged in developing diagnostic tests, vaccines and treatments for COVID-19. As the pandemic evolves, it constantly reminds us that our purpose to serve life scientists to achieve their mission, faster, has never been so relevant.
How we are operating during these difficult times
As COVID-19 began impacting the globe, we have worked hard to meet each new challenge with agility and dedication whilst we continue to support our customers worldwide.
Adapting quickly to a new way of working, our team has minimized any impact on our customers and partners. We continue to monitor our global stock levels and review all orders to dynamically assess delivery dates and update customers accordingly. Throughout the pandemic, we have been able to continue to fill and ship orders.
Our customer service and technical support teams are equipped to work remotely and are always available to help with customers’ needs and answer any questions.
Supporting COVID-19 research

Reassigning technical experts and manufacturing resources to develop critical SARS-Cov-2/COVID-19 related products
Boosting our supply chain and manufacturing flexibility to support increased demand for existing products used for SARS-CoV-2/COVID-19 research
Joining forces with collaborators across the UK, US, and China focused on SARS-CoV-2/COVID-19 diagnostic, drug and vaccine development
