Director of strategy, Immuno-oncology, Cambridge, UK
My role is to develop and steer the commercial strategy for our immuno-oncology portfolio. This involves working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product development and validation, research and business development teams. With a focus on improving cancer patient care, I feel very fortunate to have worked in a variety of roles during my career and working closely with my team, it is important that we ensure that all researchers who work across fundamental research, drug discovery, translational medicine and clinical science have access to the best immuno-oncology tools and solutions. We strive to ensure that our immuno-oncology products are incorporated in the latest cutting-edge diagnostics tools such as multiplex assays for the detection of biomarkers both in tissue and liquid biopsy samples, and I am very proud of the progress made so far. This is important to enable the next breakthrough and has a positive impact on identifying and selecting the best biomarkers, supporting precision medicine.
