The percentage of women on the Board is currently 38%, putting us ahead of the recommended targets for FTSE 350 companies.
Whilst our percentage of women on the Board and on the executive leadership team ( decreased this year to 31% as at 30 June 2020 (36% as at 30 June 2019), we continue to seek to increase the pipeline of women into both the Board and senior management.
